About Me & The Bakery

Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — here’s me as a kid with my twin sister, cupcakes in hand, dreaming big. Growing up, every Sunday my twin sister, my older sister and I would find creative things to bake together. Today, that childhood love for baking has come to life through The Little Bakery, a small, home-based micro bakery.

I’ve always loved all things kitchen — even my favorite classes in high school were culinary. I became obsessed with cooking, experimenting with flavors, and creating everything from scratch. There’s just something special about homemade — it tastes better, feels better, and it’s made with real ingredients instead of processed shortcuts.

The spark for The Little Bakery came when I started making tres leches cake with my boyfriend. Every time we made it, we would bring it to friends and family to enjoy. They would rate it, give feedback, and we would keep working on it until it was perfected. They loved it as much as I loved making it. He said “once we perfect it, we should sell it.” We then started experimenting with different flavors, wanting everyone to enjoy them. People kept asking for it and telling us how great it was. While I was disappointed I couldn’t sell it due to regulations, I knew I wanted to keep creating and sharing. That joy inspired me to turn my passion into a small business.

At The Little Bakery, everything is baked from scratch in small batches, with care, quality ingredients, and a lot of love. We’ll be offering a growing selection of delicious creations: cookies, muffins, brownies, pies, donuts, cinnamon rolls, breads, and more.

We’re proud to serve our community through online pick-up orders, our bakery shed, and local events, sharing handcrafted baked goods with every customer. As a small business, we’re looking forward to expanding our menu, exploring new flavors, growing, and sharing a little joy and homemade goodness with every bite.
